Russian troops face possible collapse of defense in cascade along entire frontline - military expert Kyrychevskyi
Defense Express expert Ivan Kyrychevskyi says that the Russian army has been left without a logistics supply channel in the Donetsk region
He shared the details with Espreso TV.
"The Russians have the prospect of a cascading collapse of the defense along the entire frontline. The Russians needed Kupiansk to deliver ammunition and other resources to the troops that were concentrated in the newly seized territories of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions," Kyrychevskyi explained.
According to him, the railway through Kupiansk was the only route to feed the Russian troops, which are concentrated in these areas.
"The Russians will try to exert pressure by throwing cannon fodder and firing the remnants of ammunition. Now the Russians are in such a condition that Ukraine's Armed Forces will be able to maintain their defense in the Donetsk region, on the lines that are there now," Kyrychevskyi added.
