Russian occupiers prepare to send illegally convicted Crimean Tatar Abdurakhmanov to Russian colony

This was reported by the Crimean Human Rights Group (CHRG), which has a letter from Ruslan Abdurakhmanov, where he asks for an exchange.
The Crimean Tatar, a resident of Kherson region, is being prepared for transfer to the colony in Russis’s Ulyanovsk. Ruslan Abdurakhmanov was sentenced to 5 years in prison for participation in the Noman Çelebicihan Battalion.
The CHRG noted that since the detention of Ruslan Abdurakhmanov in April 2022, he has been held in cell number 61 in pre-detention center No.2 in Simferopol. According to the man, his health condition has deteriorated significantly, but he does not receive medical care.
"I confirm to the Ukrainian competent authorities that I am being held in illegal imprisonment in the Detention Center No.2 in Simferopol. I kindly ask you to take all possible measures for my exchange and release from illegal detention," the Crimean Human Rights Group writes with reference to the letter of Ruslan Abdurakhmanov.
"In December, Abdurakhmanov handed over a letter in which he told how he was abducted from the village of Azovske (Genichesk), interrogated in the vocational school №17 in the town with the use of torture, forcibly transported to Simferopol, how due to constant pressure, threats and fear for his family Abdurakhmanov was forced to incriminated himself," the human rights group reminded.
