The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry Kyrylo Budanov made a statement, the Washington Post reports.
He noted that the longest-range system currently in Ukraine's service is the Soviet Tochka-U with a maximum range of about 120 km, but "very few of them are left." They were replaced by the HIMARS MLRS, which Ukraine is betting heavily on.
"If we get the longer-range [munitions], we’ll use those. And the Russians know that either way, it’s the end for them with these weapons," Budanov stressed.
He added that "we did not lose any HIMARS, despite what Russia claimed."
