Russian barracks, munitions depots periodically explode in Luhansk region - Ukrainian official Haidai
Serhiy Haidai, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration (2019-2023), says that the occupying Russian forces have huge problems with logistics in the Luhansk region
He said this on Espreso TV.
“The occupying forces have huge problems with logistics in the Luhansk region. They used to make warehouses, but now they have problems with that too. This is because our artillery and guerrillas are working well. Enemy barracks, munitions depots and equipment clusters periodically explode there. Because of this, the invaders use harsh methods against the population,” Haidai noted.
According to the former head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the Russian troops are punishing the local population and closing entire cities.
“Now it is impossible to leave Kreminna. You need to pay a bribe to leave the settlement. They are afraid that the locals will pass on the coordinates of the positions of the occupying Russian troops,” Haidai added.
