Russian army hits villages near Zaporizhzhia with S-300 missiles, destroying houses
Invading Russian forces have launched a missile attack on two villages in Zaporizhzia region, destroying several houses
Oleksandr Starukh, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, wrote about this on Telegram.
“Tonight, the enemy again targeted civilian facilities in our region with S-300 missiles. As a result of the explosion in Lezhyne, people's houses and the infrastructure of the village were damaged,” the post says.
The blast wave damaged 10 buildings: broken windows, doors, fences, roofs, and cars. Water mains, gas mains and power lines in the public building sector were damaged as well.
In the morning, the aggressor struck Komyshuvakha. Residential buildings and infrastructure were destroyed there, but people survived.
It is noted that 172 shellings of communities in the Zaporizhzhia region were recorded per day. 21 settlements were affected, and 36 new destructions were added.
