Senior Russian official involved in missile modernization killed in Moscow
In Moscow, the Deputy Chief Designer and Head of the Software Department of the design bureau Mars, Mikhail Shatsky, has been killed

It was noted that Shatsky was responsible for upgrading the Kh-59 cruise missiles to the Kh-69 level and introducing new drones at the Mars Design Bureau.
Additionally, he worked on developing and forecasting the reliability of onboard control systems for spacecraft based on neural network theory, along with other issues related to spacecraft.
Initially, the death of Shatsky was reported by Russian journalist Alexander Nevzorov. According to him, the operation was carried out by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
