UNIAN reports this on June 15, 2024, citing a number of Russian militaristic Z-channels on Telegram.
"According to the Russians, the invaders have been trying to unblock their military on the territory of the plant for two days without success. Russian soldiers at the plant are constantly under fire, which leads to an increase in the number of wounded and dead. There are problems with the supply of food to the plant and with access for doctors," the statement says.

In turn, the Ukrainian non-governmental OSINT project DeepState has marked the aggregate plant in Vovchansk on the map as virtually surrounded. The territories around it have an unknown status, and fighting continues.
