Russia suffers heavy personnel losses due to limited training before being sent to front - UK intelligence

The UK Defense Ministry reports.

However, the need to continuously replenish front line personnel will almost certainly continue to limit Russia’s ability to generate higher capability units,” intelligence officials believe.
