Russia loses tugboat, 64 artillery systems, and 1,080 soldiers in one day of war in Ukraine

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported the information.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022, to June 7, 2024, amounted to:

• personnel – about 516,080 (+1080)
• tanks – 7,834 (+6)
• armored fighting vehicles – 15,096 (+20) 
• artillery systems – 13,497 (+64)
• MLRS – 1,095
• air defense systems – 833 (+2)
• aircraft – 357
• helicopters – 326
• UAVs operational-tactical level – 10,886 (+40)
• cruise missiles – 2,270
• warships/boats – 28 (+1)
• submarines – 1 
• vehicles and fuel tanks – 18,416 (+56)
• special equipment – 2,238 (+8)

On the night of May 6, Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate conducted an attack in the Black Sea. As a result, Russia’s tugboat Saturn was destroyed.
