Nuclear weapons use would lead to Russia's collapse - Ukrainian diplomat
Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister, the head of the Center for Russian Studies Volodymyr Ohryzko has stated that the use of nuclear weapons would lead to a political, military, and economic collapse for Russia
He expressed his opinions on Espreso TV.
