Military from Bakhmut direction reports no outflow of Russian forces

"There has been no significant decrease in Russian personnel in the Rubizh Brigade's defense area. The Russian army continues its assault operations, but its tactics have changed. While Russian assault groups are now smaller, this is not related to any active combat operations by Ukrainian troops in Russia's Kursk region," noted Kozhubenko.
He explained that Russia's strategic objectives remain the same: to reach the town of Siversk, then continue their assaults towards Sloviansk and larger settlements.
"We are currently preparing for combat and successfully repelling all Russian attacks," emphasized Kozhubenko.

General of the Ukrainian Army, and former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Mykola Malomuzh, stated that in the eastern Ukraine's regions, Russian forces are carrying out Putin's directive to capture new territories.
