Kim Jong-Un will not send troops to Ukraine due to U.S. threat — Ukrainian general
Mykola Malomuzh, Ukrainian general and former chief of the Foreign Intelligence Service, believes that the involvement of North Korean military forces in major operations in Ukraine is unlikely
He shared his opinions with Espreso TV.
"There is an agreement on military and political cooperation between Russia and North Korea. Therefore, the DPRK is currently supplying both ballistic and tactical missiles, as well as various types of weapons, ammunition and sending specialists. North Korea has tense relations with South Korea. In the near future, South Korea will raise significant forces in terms of combat readiness against the DPRK. North Korea is constantly threatening even the United States with ballistic missiles, so the Americans are now clearly targeting their missiles at it," Malomuzh explained.
According to the Ukrainian army general, Kim Jong-Un will not dare to send military contingents to Ukraine.
"A massive deployment of troops to Ukraine is unlikely, as Kim Jong-Un himself is under a great potential threat from the United States and other countries in the vicinity. Therefore, there may be various options, but the participation of contingents in attacks or major military operations is unlikely," Malomuzh said.
