Turkish drone manufacturer Baykar expects to complete the construction of a Ukrainian plant next summer

Haluk Bayraktar, CEO of Baykar, said this, Reuters reports.
‘We are 80% through with construction and machines are being ordered. Production date will be determined by the course of the war, but the facility will be ready in August 2025,’ he said.
The plant is expected to produce the TB2 version of the drone or its TB3 variant. They differ in size, payload and top speed, among other things.

- In December 2022, it was reported that the Bayraktar plant in Ukraine would start producing the first drones in two years.
