This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"The aggressor continues to pursue its plans to occupy Ukrainian territory, exerting pressure on the positions of our units. Ukraine’s Defense Forces are taking measures to disrupt Russian actions, inflicting losses on Russian personnel and equipment," the statement reads.

In total, 57 combat engagements have taken place since the start of the day.

Border settlements have also come under fire from Russian territory, including Zarichne, Porozok, Seredyna-Buda, and Kucheriivka in Sumy region, as well as Mkhiv in Chernihiv region.

In the Kupiansk, Huliaipole, and Prydniprovskyi sectors, the enemy did not conduct active offensive actions but continues shelling Defense Forces’ positions and settlements, using strike drones and conducting reconnaissance.

  • A growing trend of exhaustion is evident within the Russian army, as their offensive near Pokrovsk continues to falter.
