UK Armed Forces Minister Luke Pollard made the statement on Times Radio, as cited by Barron’s.
According to him, the UK and France currently do not have a common understanding of a one-month truce “in the air, at sea, and regarding energy infrastructure,” as Macron previously mentioned.
"No agreement has been made on what a truce looks like," UK armed forces minister said. He emphasized that while "there are various options on the table, subject to further discussions with the US and European partners," the idea of a "one-month truce" has not been agreed.
