Russia subjects Ukraine's energy system to 13 massive drone attacks on New Year's Eve

Ukrenergo, Ukraine's energy operator, shared the information on Facebook. 

“After the 11th massive missile attack on December 31, failing to achieve its global goal of leaving Ukrainians without electricity for the New Year, the enemy almost immediately launched another strike,” the post reads.

It also notes that, on New Year's Eve, Ukraine's energy system was subjected to 13 massive drone attacks. The Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed a total of 45 attack UAVs.

Ukrenergo urges people to consume electricity sparingly.
