Russia prepares to suppress protests against mobilization - Ukraine's Main Directorate of Intelligence, Ministry of Defence
Russia cannot provide its newly mobilized soldiers with even the minimum living conditions, so the police prepare to suppress future protests.
The Main Directorate of Intelligence reports in Telegram.
According to Ukrainian intelligence, in order to quell the next anti-mobilization protests, Russian police intensify the training of new "special purpose" units.
The message states that as part of the mobilization, 6,000 people were planned to be accommodated on the territory of the Omsk Tank Engineering Institute. However, as of September 30, 9,000 mobilized people actually arrived at the institute. It was reported that 2,000 more mobilized should arrive by October 1.
The mobilized do not have enough sleeping places, toilets, there is no heating in the facility, there are problems with food. Intelligence reports that among the mobilized there are many sick people who are not provided with medical care.
"In connection with this, the new arrivals are sent to the city of Yekaterinburg, but the situation there is similar. In addition, most of the mobilized did not receive a military uniform with the wording - "it was not enough", - the Main Directorate of Intelligence reports.
Intelligence also states that Igor Isko, the military commissar of the central and sejm districts, informed the command about significant difficulties in carrying out the mobilization. According to him: "people turn off intercoms and do not open doors." As a result, only 16 out of 170 subpoenas were served on September 27, and 10 out of 180 on September 28.
