On Monday, April 13, the upper deck of the M/V Lomonosov ship caught fire in Arkhangelsk, Russia. The vessel was undergoing repairs

This was reported by the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
The fire covered an area of 936 square meters. To eliminate it, 42 firefighters and 13 units of equipment were engaged. According to local authorities, there were allegedly no people on the ship, which was under repair.
It was later reported that the nearby ships were not in danger.
