Russia launches 30 to 40 air strikes daily – spokesman for Ukrainian Air Force Command
On Saturday, March 4, Yuriy Ihnat, spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force Command, has said that Russia launches 30 to 40 air strikes daily
The spokesman for the Air Force Command Yuriy Ihnat shared the information on the United News national telethon.
"The enemy is using all methods of intelligence, including radar, agent, air, space, etc., and there is a threat of missile launches. They have strategic aviation that moves across the country to the far east, and tactical aviation that is constantly moving, so there is a certain dispersion. It doesn't matter where the aircraft is located, it can even fly from another airfield to carry out its missions," he said.
In addition, as Yuriy Ihnat notes, the threat of missile launches can occur at any time.
"They have a certain number of warships in the Black Sea, some are Kalibr missile carriers, some are not. Missiles can be launched from any sea, without even leaving the bay. Currently, there is also enemy aircraft activity. Every day, the occupying forces launch about 30 to 40 strikes. At the same time, Ukrainian aviation carries out a lot of flights. Depending on the tasks and weather conditions, the activity may vary. Today, negotiations are ongoing to provide Ukraine with aviation, and this is very important," said Ihnat.
