This was announced by Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Malyar during the national telethon, Ukrinform reports.
"The Russians use a wide range of weapons prohibited by international norms. There are rules and customs of war that are allowed by international law. So, indeed, there are weapons that are allowed, and there are weapons that are prohibited. But Russia is using the full range of prohibited weapons. More than that, some of their weapons are under investigation, they are using the war to test their new models," Malyar said.
She noted that Russia violates all norms and customs of war.
