Russia is planning terrorist attack in Luhansk region to blame Ukrainian Armed Forces
Russian troops intend to attack a medical institution in the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region
This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
Russian forces intend to shell one of the medical institutions in the Luhansk region. The Russian army may hit one of the hospitals in the region where there is still a civilian population to discredit the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
"Russia’s occupation administration in the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk region has a serious problem with the mood of the local population. The key is the aggravated humanitarian crisis in the region. One of the reasons is the transition of civilian medical institutions to the service of the Russian forces. In particular, ordinary residents are simply kicked out of hospitals or refuse to provide services," noted the National Resistance Center.
Russian soldiers systematically shell the occupied cities to build propaganda materials and cynically manipulate the citizens who remained in the temporarily occupied territories.
"The National Resistance Center calls on residents of the temporarily occupied territories to be as careful as possible near civilian infrastructure. If possible, we urge to go to the territory under Kyiv's control," the statement said.

On January 10, the General Staff said that hospitals in Berdiansk in the Zaporizhzhia region were overcrowded by the heavy losses of the Russian forces. Russia created three more military hospitals in a week.
