This is reported by the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security.
"Russian troops struck at the location of Ukrainian artillerymen and, most likely, there were Frenchmen who brought CAESAR systems for the Ukrainian Armed Forces," Russian media reported.
In fact, such statements by propagandists are an attempt to justify the terrorist attack on Sloviansk on April 15. The Russians attacked the city with a Grom-E1 rocket-bomb, damaging two apartment buildings, an educational institution, and a bank building.
- The Russian state propaganda channel Pervyi aired a story about alleged Canadian mercenaries in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
