Russia encourages people to receive Russian passports to access social benefits

"Employment centers at the Federal Labor Service will start working in 2023 and will offer vacancies throughout the Russian Federation. That is, in order to find a job on the occupied lands or receive social benefits, you have to get an enemy passport. At the same time, you will be offered a job in Russia and thus taken for further assimilation," the Center states.

The Center urged not to cooperate with Russia and ignore the passportization.
