Putin may fall out with his own army - sociologist Yakovenko
Journalist and former member of Russia's State Duma Igor Yakovenko believes that Putin will lose his life if he loses power
He said this on Espreso TV.
“There is no need for Putin to worry about defeat. He only needs to worry about how the power structures of Russia feel about it. Putin may fall out with his own army, and such an opportunity exists. For Putin, life and power are one and the same. If he loses power, he will lose his life. The Russian Armed Forces may soon get tired of dying senselessly. The Russian army understands that it is led by an incompetent command. The obvious idiocy of Putin and Shoigu is the way they command the war,“ Yakovenko emphasized.
Igor Yakovenko added that Putin spoke a lot of nonsense at the extended meeting of the military board in Russia.
“It was a firework of nonsense that Putin and Shoigu spoke about. In Russia, they understand that the number of casualties in the Russian army is directly proportional to the incompetence of the military leadership. The Russian General Staff is already angry with Putin, and the death toll is causing discontent in the Russian army,” Yakovenko added.

The Russian forces won't achieve the desired effect from the defensive positions set up in the occupied territories, because they do not have a sufficient number of means to monitor them.
