Russian propaganda media reported the update.
According to the decree, Dmitry Medvedev will take the post. The commission is chaired directly by the president of the Russian Federation.
“Putin created a new position - the first deputy chairman of Russia's Military-Industrial Commission. It follows from the decree that it will be held by Medvedev,” the message says.
The Military-Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation is a permanent body established to organize state policy in the field of the defense-industrial complex, military-technical support, security and law enforcement activities.
