Peskov says US attacked Kremlin with Ukraine's hands, Washington reacts

Peskov told reporters about this on May 4, TASS reports.

“Attempts to deny this - both in Kyiv and in Washington - are, of course, absolutely ridiculous. We know very well that decisions about such actions, about such terrorist attacks, are not made in Kyiv. They are made in Washington. And Kyiv is already doing what it is told to do,” the Kremlin's spokesman said. 

In turn, John Kirby, the National Security Council's strategic communications coordinator, called the Kremlin's accusations ridiculous, CNN reports.

• Russia accuses Ukraine of trying to strike the Kremlin with a drone on the night of May 3. Kyiv denies any involvement.

• Later, the deputy head of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, urged to “physically eliminate” Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
