"If you listen to what is being said on Turkish television, you can mostly hear that this is not an attack by Russia on Ukraine, but a war by the West, namely the USA and NATO, against Russia by the means of Ukrainians. That is, in Turkey, they repeat the narrative that we hear from Moscow," Dubovyk noted.
The international expert added that the Turkish authorities are meeting the Russians on many issues.
"It's difficult with Turkey. On the one hand, President Erdogan came to us and said "Glory to Ukraine", but at the same time we buy Bayraktar drones at the market price. If Russian oligarchs are displaced from other countries, then Recep Tayyip Erdogan calls them to him. A number of Russian companies have moved their headquarters from Europe to Ankara, Istanbul, as well other cities," Volodymyr Dubovyk noted.
