Russia loses 820 soldiers, 27 armored vehicles and 56 UAVs in a day — Ukraine's General Staff
One shot from Ukrainian artillery is met with more than six from the enemy
Invading Russian forces outnumber Ukraine’s Armed Forces several times over in terms of available weapons and ammunition
This was announced by Ukraine’s Defence Ministry Spokesman Oleksandr Motuzyanyk at a briefing.
"Despite huge losses in personnel and equipment, the occupants currently outnumber Ukrainian defenders and try to overwhelm us with numbers. In some areas, one shot from Ukrainian artillery is met with more than six from the enemy. The effectiveness of Russian infantry units remains low, especially in urban areas," Motuzyanyk noted.
He also stressed that the enemy continues to subject Ukrainian Defence Forces' positions along the entire line of contact in Donetsk and Lugansk regions to intense assaults. He named Severodonetsk as the hottest point on the frontline.
