Ukrainian Special Forces showcase unique combat operations in Donetsk region: video
Unique footage of combat operations, including a raid into a Russian stronghold, was presented by the fighters of Ukraine’s 4th separate detachment of the Omega Special Forces Center
Ukraine's National Guard shared the information with Espreso TV.
Combat footage from the Donetsk region, showing a raid on a Russian stronghold, was shared by fighters from the 4th Separate Detachment of the Omega Special Forces Center.
The Russian infantry had fortified a building, which needed to be eliminated. The decision was made to collapse the entire structure onto the occupying forces.
“To accomplish this, the Special Forces approached the building under fire cover. Within minutes, they filled the structure with explosives, which detonated as soon as the soldiers withdrew. In this way, the Special Forces wished the occupiers a ‘good night,’" as the statement put it.
Omega's aerial reconnaissance team captured the outcome of the fighters' daring operation: the building collapsed, burying the occupying Russian troops under the rubble, according to the unit.
