Car carrying Russian intelligence major blown up in occupied Luhansk
On October 18, a car carrying Major Dmitry Pervukha from the Russian Federation's 273rd Intelligence Center exploded in the center of Russian-occupied Luhansk

On October 18, around 11:40 a.m., a UAZ Patriot vehicle exploded in the center of temporarily occupied Luhansk. Inside the vehicle was an officer of the Russian occupation army, Major Dmitry Pervukha, who served in the 273rd Intelligence Center (military unit 53847) under the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces. The center’s permanent location is in Novosibirsk.
“As a result of the explosion, the invader involved in war crimes was eliminated,” the Ukrainian intelligence service reported.
They also stated that in the occupied territories of Ukraine, Major Pervukha held the position of “Chief of Staff for Military Service and Security of Military Service.”
