Newly formed regiment of Russian Federation is transferred to first line of conflict in Kherson and Mykolaiv region, relatives of the mobilized are worried - General Staff

This is stated in the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on October 10.

"The situation is critical in the 127th Rifle Regiment of the so-called 1st Army Corps. The hastily formed regiment, by the decision of the commander of the 49th Army, was immediately transferred to the first line of battle in the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions," the message reads.

Relatives of mobilized servicemen have prepared an appeal to the law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation about significant losses and inactivity of the military command, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine notes.

Also, in the Russian units there are long interruptions with water and food. 

"Military personnel, at best, are equipped with old-style protective equipment, which leads to numerous casualties," the press service of the General Staff added.
