Modern colonialism: Russia deports 230,000 children in attempt to destroy our nation - Ukraine to UN Security Council
Russians have deported 230,000 ukrainian children during their invasion of Ukraine. This is their attempt to destroy the Ukrainian nation
Advisor to Ukraine’s Permanent Representative to the UN Sergiy Dvornyk stated this during the Security Council meeting.
“Abduction of at least 230,000 ukrainian children from 1,4 mil citizens and their deportation to Russia against their will is a felony aimed to destroy the Ukrainian nation by deprivating it of its young generation, which is an example of modern colonialism.”
According to him, tens of thousands of people died because of artillery and missile attacks. Almost 220,000 people lost their homes.
Dvornyk added that millions of Ukraine’s sitizens were forced to leave their occupied or destroyed homes. 8 mil became internally displaced, 6,5 mil fled Ukraine as refugees.
“We have no doubt that the Russian forces planned this refugee emigration, and it’s a successful part in their plan. The same as the potential food crisis.”
