Ukraine's State Border Guard Service has released exclusive footage of the battle for gas production towers near Zmiinyi Island in the Black Sea
The video was posted on the State Border Guard Service's Telegram channel.
Border guards, together with units of the Defence Intelligence Service, are taking back gas production platforms in the Black Sea from Russian forces.
"With titanic efforts, we have captured and taken control of some of these strategically important facilities that serve as our sea fortresses. Their maintenance makes it possible to control a significant part of the water area and strengthen the defense," the statement says.
The video shows how, after planning the operation, the fighters storm the captured towers from boats.
