The press service of Ukraine's Defense Ministry reported this, citing the Main Directorate for Life Cycle Support of Armaments and Military Equipment.
"These unmanned aerial systems have two drone modifications, differing in combat payload capacity. The drones are equipped with protective coatings that ensure reliable performance in challenging field conditions," the statement says.
The system includes a ground control station, a control console, pilot goggles, a mast, and dozens of drones.
"The first TOCCO 'kamikaze' drones have already been tested in real combat, successfully striking enemy equipment," emphasized Ukraine's Deputy Defense Minister Dmytro Klimenkov.
- Earlier, Ukraine's Defense Ministry authorized the use of a Ukrainian robotic system with a Browning machine gun - Droid TW 12.7 - in the units of the Defense Forces.
