Does war in Israel influence Ukraine? Military analyst Hetman explains
Oleksiy Hetman, military analyst and veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, says that Israel has warehouses with American weapons that were transferred from the US to Ukraine, and now these supplies have at least been suspended
He said this on Espreso TV.
"The war that started in Israel had a great impact on us. In addition to media and information influence and distraction, there were also American weapons depots in Israel. There were shells that were transferred to us. These are not Israeli weapons, because their position on the transfer of certain weapons to Ukraine is not very clear to us," the military analyst noted.
Oleksiy Hetman added that we also remember talk of a request not to invite Israeli representatives to a meeting in the Ramstein format, which may have been a mistake. But there is information - what the Israelis know, the Russians know.
"In Israel, by agreement with the United States, there were warehouses with American weapons. From those warehouses, shells were transferred to Ukraine, and possibly some other weapons. And now these supplies will at least be suspended. That is, these events have already affected us not only emotionally, media, and informationally, but also militarily," explained Hetman.
- On October 7, a massive rocket attack from the Gaza Strip hit central and southern Israel. This resulted in casualties.
