Kremlin encourages Russians to move to Ukrainian occupied territories - National Resistance Center
Russian authorities are coming up with new ways to encourage Russians to move to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine
The Center for National Resistance reports this.
"The occupiers have decided to issue preferential mortgages to Russian citizens when buying a home on the occupied lands. The program is to be implemented by the Dom.RF Financial Institute for Housing Development, which will be subsidized by the state and will cover the difference in mortgage interest to banks," the Center writes.
The Russian government is trying to change the demographic composition of the population in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. That is why invaders are coming up with various programs that encourage Russians to move and settle in Ukrainian lands.
