Invading Russian forces export ore from occupied Zaporizhzhia region to Mariupol port – National Resistance Center

Almost a year ago, Russian forces seized the Zaporizhzhia Iron Ore Plant. Now they are exporting ore from it through the port in the temporarily occupied city of Mariupol.

"We have an example of the typical behaviour of an empire that uses seized land to syphon off resources," the statement said.

The National Resistance Center added that the sale of stolen ore is carried out by structures related to Russia’s FSB. It is under their leadership that Ukrainian lands are being plundered.
