The M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicle is designed to transport motorized infantry units on the battlefield, conducting fire and fire support. The crew consists of a commander, a gunner and a mechanic-driver. In addition to the crew, the IFV can carry up to 7 paratroopers.
The IFV has an aluminum hull and laminate armor that protects against 14.5 mm bullets. The M2 Bradley is armed with an M242 automatic cannon and 2 BGM-71 TOW launchers. The maximum speed of the IFV is 60 km/h on the highway, 40 km/h off-road and 7.2 km/h afloat.
The vehicle can overcome a wall 0.91 m high or a ditch 2.54 m wide.
