Decolonization of Russia as a scenario for ending the war 

The European Parliament's study shows exactly the same groups of scenarios for Russia as our study. The difference is that they do not see a way out - because it is impossible to choose between three terrible alternatives: an aggressive nuclear totalitarian regime, a bloody collapse of civil war, and an uncontrollable disintegration with unknown consequences.

But this requires abandoning the myths that Russia has been imposing on the West for a long time, and this means admitting our own mistakes. It is difficult for Western politicians and diplomats to do so. But it is necessary, because time is running out: if the empire collapses before anyone is ready (and American analysts are already writing about this), no one will be happy.
