Convoy attack death toll rises to 24, those killed include a pregnant woman and 13 children

Currently, they are establishing the identities of the citizens killed by the Russians and their number, documenting and collecting evidence of the crime for the International Criminal Court. Some who managed to survive give evidence to law enforcement officers. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code (violations of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder).
Subsequently, the Ukrainian Security Service published a video from the scene of the Russian war crime.
Earlier, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Oleg Oleg Sinegubov reported on the convoy of cars that had been shot.
According to preliminary data, 20 people died in cars. Synyehubov notes that the invading Russian forces attacked civilians who tried to escape from the shelling.
"This is cruelty that has no justification," he wrote.
Currently, law enforcement officers and experts are working at the scene of the crime, and investigations are underway. Details are being clarified.
