This was reported by Reuters, with reference to an excerpt from the first major foreign policy speech of the current head of the British government, Rishi Sunak.
"We will stand with Ukraine for as long as it takes. We will maintain or increase our military aid next year. And we will provide new support for air defence," he said.
Sunak also promised that London would provide new support to Kyiv in the area of air defense. Thus, the United Kingdom will not change the policy of former Prime Ministers Boris Johnson and Liz Truss regarding aid to Ukraine.
In September, Britain said it had given Ukraine 2.3 billion pounds ($2.8 billion) in aid this year.
