Belgorod authorities report drone crash on road, injuring two people

The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported this. 

“An unknown device exploded in Belgorod. According to preliminary data, the UAV fell on the roadway. There are two victims,” the statement says. 

The official also added that one car was damaged.

Russian media write that the drone fell in the Kharkovskaya Gora area. The explosion damaged neighboring buildings.

Special services are checking information about the crash of another drone in Belgorod. According to preliminary data, the second drone fell in the area of Kutuzova Street.

• On May 31, in the evening, local authorities reported the shelling of Shebekino in the Belgorod region.

• On the morning of June 1, the Russian Volunteer Corps and the Free Russia Legion published a video announcing that they were launching the second phase of raids on their homeland: they would liberate the whole of Russia, from Belgorod to Vladivostok.
