Bakhmut sector: Situation is dynamic, Russian troops receive reinforcements
Oleh Kalashnikov, spokesman for the 26th Artillery Brigade named after Lieutenant General Roman Dashkevych, notes the Russian troops in the Bakhmut direction have been reinforced with airborne units and are very active on the southern and northern flanks
He told this on Espreso TV.
"The Bakhmut direction remains active. There were 16 combat engagements over the last day. The enemy is constantly using artillery and is also actively using guided and unguided aerial bombs, with a high explosive range of 250 kilometers. In addition, the enemy is trying to attack in small groups, because the weather is unstable and mostly rainy, so it is infantry without the support of heavy equipment," noted the spokesman for the 26th Artillery Brigade named after Lieutenant General Roman Dashkevych.
According to him, the situation in the Bakhmut direction is very dynamic.
"The enemy received reinforcements, moreover, in airborne units. Russian troops are very active on the southern and northern flanks. Positions can change hands several times during the day. In some areas, the enemy is making progress, while in others we continue our assault operations, counterattacking the invader," summarized Oleh Kalashnikov.
