Svyatoslav Palamar, Deputy Commander of Azov Regiment, announced  conditions for  withdrawal of Armed Forces from the territory of  Azovstal plant.

Military doesn’t agree to be taken as a  prisoner. But they are ready to evacuate to a third country or with its assistance, keeping personal small arms. Another condition - they will be allowed to take away bodies of dead troops.

According to Palamar, Ukrainian negotiators Podoliak and Arahamiya agree to come to Mariupol if their Russian counterparts Medinsky and Slutsky arrive there to resolve  issue of garrison and civilians leaving.

Zamkompolku also explained why civilians in "Azovstal" don’t leave when  Russian Federation opens "green" corridors for them. According to him, people are afraid of shelling, which doesn’t stop during declared regime of silence.

Reminder: Russian side has repeatedly offered Ukrainian defenders of Mariupol to abandon their weapons and leave the territory they hold, but each time they refused to do so.

Russia has staged a real terror over  civilian population of the city by not agreeing to a ceasefire and evacuation of civilians from Mariupol.
