Andriy Herus, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada's Energy Committee, said this in an interview with LIGA.net.
"Repair works are ongoing around the clock. Power engineers are doing everything possible to ensure that Ukrainians have electricity. In particular, they risk their lives. In 2022, 98 power engineers were killed in the line of duty, and twice as many were injured. This is the price of each kilowatt of electricity," the MP said.
