800 US companies offer to supply weapons to Ukraine under lend-lease - Defense Express expert

Valerii Ryabykh, director of development of the information and consulting company Defense Express, shared the details with Espreso TV. 

"According to the Lend-Lease Law, there is great hope that arms manufacturers will directly participate in the supply of weapons to Ukraine. The fact that there is a competitive struggle for future orders and more than 800 companies are participating in it, offering more than 1.5  thousand samples of weapons and military equipment", he said.

Ryabykh added that this process is moderated by the US Department of Defense.

"With the appeal that this weaponry should be effective in the conditions of fighting a highly organized enemy and its production and supply process should not take a long time. With the entry into force of this law, we can hope that the flow of weapons can qualitatively and quantitatively change the situation on the battlefield for the better", the expert concluded.
