“2023 is a year of decisive victories. The enemy's main strategic forces have been defeated. Professional Russian troops, well-prepared units with combat experience, airborne troops, and marines have been or are being destroyed. We see the enemy marines, Wagner soldiers and mobilized troops being destroyed in the Bakhmut direction. Four enemy divisions have been destroyed in two months, and this is the professional army of the Russian Federation - the remnants that are still in Russia,” emphasized Malomuzh.

The general also added that the Russian Defense Ministry board, headed by Putin, has adopted a new concept for a large-scale, protracted war.

“But Russia does not have the forces and means. Russia is trying to build up resources through mobilization, which continues. Russia is rehabilitating tanks, armored personnel carriers, missiles and missile systems that they are accumulating for an attack around the clock. The enemy is throwing all its forces at Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and we are destroying them. Ukraine is now on the rise. We are receiving powerful forces and means from our partners. We will destroy the enemy when he is not expecting it,” Malomuzh emphasized.
