12 shellings per day: Russian forces massively terrorize Sumy region in Ukraine

This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, Dmytro Zhyvytskyi.

Seven border communities of the Sumy region were affected by Russian shelling.

Krasnopil community :

The Russian forces attacked the same settlement twice, Zhivytskyi does not specify the name. Drones dropped explosive devices.

Seredino-Budsk community:

"It was under enemy fire twice. Around 10:00 am, the Russian forces fired 9 mines (120mm calibre), and at around 7:00 pm, self-propelled guns hit 5 more times at first. Later, there was mortar shelling in the same directions, 10 parishes," Zhyvytskyi wrote.

Youth community:

At 14:00, the Russian forces fired 120 mm mortars at one of the border villages of the Sumy region.

Shalyginsk community:

The Russian forces again used mortars to shell the border villages. 7 attacks on the territory of Ukraine were recorded.

Mykolaiv community: 

The Russian forces hit the border area twice, which opened fire from barrel artillery. 18 attacks were recorded.

Znob-Novhorodske community:

Around 6:30 pm, the aggressor, probably from the self-propelled guns, fired at border settlements. There were 8 attacks.

Bilopilsk community:

On the evening of October 25, mortar shelling took place from the territory of Russia. A total of 27 attacks. One of the shells hit the house of civilians. A fire is raging. There were no casualties.
