Zaluzhnyi shares Ukraine's experience of countering massive Shahed-136 attacks with US General Mark Milley
Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in a conversation with his American colleague Mark Milley, shared the Ukrainian experience of countering mass UAV attacks of Shahed-136 type.
Details of the telephone conversation with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States, General Mark Milley, were published by Zaluzhnyi on his Facebook page.
"In response to my American colleague's question about ways and means of countering mass UAV attacks of the Shahed-136 type, I shared our experience, which, I hope, will be useful to partner countries," Zaluzhnyi wrote.
In addition, as the Commander-in-chief of Ukrainian Armed Forces emphasized, he assured Mark Milley that Russian accusations about Ukraine's "plans" to use a "dirty bomb" are misinformation, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not have any type of weapons of mass destruction.
"The only weapon of "mass destruction" we have is our pride, courage and thirst to defeat the enemy. I emphasized that we are forced to protect our children, parents, homes from unprovoked Russian aggression. I don't care what stories Russia invents to kill Ukrainians. I will still defend my people and my country," Zaluzhnyi wrote.
He added that Russians plan information operations to mislead about their true intentions, but their efforts fail because "we see the real state of affairs and react accordingly."
