Trump may change his position on Ukraine: expert explains why
Oleksandr Kraiev, expert at the Foreign Policy Council Ukrainian Prism, believes that it is very important for Trump to win the election, so he may change his position on Ukraine several times
He expressed this opinion on Espreso TV.
"Trump can change his position on Ukraine many times. He will 100% change his position on Ukraine, Taiwan, and Israel a dozen times. He is simply a man who uses foreign policy issues for his own domestic political advancement. Right now, Trump's key topic is winning the election. Because winning this election will give him the opportunity to avoid prison and improve his economic and financial situation," Kraiev explained.
According to the expert, Trump is trying to promote his own candidacy by capitalizing on the weaknesses of the government.
"For Trump, winning the election is a matter of survival. Besides, when Biden shows his indecision on Ukraine, of course Trump will say that he would have acted differently. He will say that he would have bombed Moscow and Beijing. That is, everything he is doing now is aimed at showing his own potential and the weaknesses of the current government," he added.
